The NexGen Prober is a joint venture between Miller Design and Equipment and Probe Specialists, Inc. Our goal was to design, develop and manufacture an affordable, reliable and accurate semi-auto and automatic prober for the Semiconductor industry. The NXG blends the classic functionality of the Electroglas® 2001X with the latest technology, combining proven systems with affordable, modern parts.
